In an effort to step up the security of our border, border agents have been placed before the entrance to Mexico and have been advising tourists to not return to the US with illegal firearms, drugs or any other illegal goods. We find it to be productive in that we've seen both sides actively seeking to stop the drug cartels from crossing our borders. On our way through Mexico down to Rocky Point there were more military and police personnel positioned and littered across the highway. They have set up checkpoints at several locations along the highway and they seem to be flagging down vehicles of suspicious nature. Let us know what you think in the comments!
